Senator, Vice Chair of Governance and Internal Affairs Committee
Omotara Oloye is a third-year studying computer science with a minor in music. As the Black/Afrikan Community Endorsed Senator, Senator Oloye and her office aims to work on issues relating to improving academic and professional opportunities for marginalized students, securing student spaces and transportation, and revitalizing and retaining the Black@Cal Community. Outside of the ASUC, Omotara spends her time on the executive board of the Black Engineering and Science Students Association and as a Moderating Training Manager in The Berkeley Forum. Two fun facts about Omotara are that she loves her Pitbull, Brownie, and that she loves wearing Crocs, the fashion-forward shoe of comfort!
