About

Issabella is a second-year student majoring in Legal Studies and Political Economy and minoring in Human Rights. Throughout her time at Cal so far, she has been involved in the Human Rights Center’s Investigations Lab, legislative and space allocation ASUC efforts, and community improvement efforts through the City of Berkeley’s Rent Board and Berkeley Community Safety Coalition. As a Senator, Issabella plans to expand her student reach by supporting marginalized and underrepresented students’ needs in addition to improving the campus mental health climate, the transition to Cal, and menstrual equity. She strives to increase accessibility to the ASUC and invite a diverse pool of students to the table when meeting with administration.
