About

The Assistant Chair of the Judicial Council ensures the ASUC’s legal integrity by adjudicating disputes, interpreting rules, and certifying elections.

Amy is a senior majoring in Legal Studies with minors in Asian American Diaspora Studies and Education. As the Assistant Chair of the Judicial Council, she, along with the other eight justices, adjudicates any disputes that arise under the ASUC Constitution, Bylaws, and actions within ASUC offices, interprets the hold custody of ASUC governing documents, and certifies the results of elections. In general, the Judicial Council works to maintain and uphold the integrity, transparency, and accountability of the ASUC.
