Michael Savides is a third year student majoring in Molecular and Cell Biology and minoring in Public Policy. He is from San Diego, California, and ultimately plans to attend medical school. Michael serves on the executive board of the Alpha Tau Omega fraternity and is an active member of the Cal Ski Team. He is a part of the Student Health Advisory Committee (SHAC) and is passionate about the topic of student health on campus. Also serving as a general member in Greeks Against Sexual Assault (GASA), Michael has a passion for making Greek life a safer, more inclusive place. A few of his goals for this year include pushing the Greek system to become more financially accessible and increasing the availability of mental health resources in residence halls. In his free time, Michael enjoys listening to music and playing basketball.
