Hi everyone! My name is Lucia Stanković, and I’m honored to serve as your International Student ASUC Senator.

I’m a sophomore studying Political Science and Society & Environment. Originally from Montenegro, I’ve seen firsthand the challenges that come with navigating campus life as an international student, and I’m committed to breaking down those barriers for others.

The ASUC Office of Senator Stanković is grounded in equity, opportunity, and student care. We advocate for international students, expand access to food, housing, and wellness resources, push for safer campus spaces, and work to ensure all students, no matter their background, can thrive personally, academically, and professionally.

Our work is rooted in lived experience and a deep commitment to impact. Our goal is always the same: to make Berkeley more inclusive, more transparent, and more just. We do this by identifying structural gaps, advocating for policy change, and creating accessible programs that meet students where they are.
If you believe in a student government that works for every student, we’d love to have you on our team!
