About

The AAVP leads student advocacy on issues of academic policy and campus affairs.

Kenny is a fourth-year student studying Physics and Applied Mathematics with a minor in Public Policy. He has been a member of the Office of Academic Affairs since his freshman year and is currently serving his second term as AAVP. In this role, Kenny leads the ASUC in it’s academic advocacy efforts, representing students in conversations with faculty and encouraging student participation throughout all levels of university administration. His office is currently focusing on creating college-level student governments throughout the university, increasing transparency and accountability for student fee use, and ensuring academic accommodations for students whenever necessary.
