The Undergraduate Representative to the ASUC Student Union Board of Directors works with the Student Union Administration and the other members of the Board of Directors to set policy and standards for, as well as provide oversight of, all ASUC Commercial Activities and ASUC Student Union Administration Student Services in a manner consistent with all applicable University policies, as set forth in the ASUC Commercial Activities and Student Services Agreement (CASSA) between the ASUC and the University of California, Berkeley.

The Undergraduate Representative's term will end after the final meeting of the Student Union Board of Directors in June 2025.
