Senator Derek Imai’s campaign was inspired and rooted in his passion to improve the public health of students and the outside world around us. Each one of his platforms work on a specific niche issue within public health. We hope that you are inspired to accomplish the goals we envision but take the agency to put a personal flare on the way you want to accomplish our goals! Here are our four platforms at a glance:

1) Nutrition: Meal Plan Reform and Food Literacy
2) Physical and Mental Health
3) Pre-Health Community
4) Environmental Health and Justice

The priority deadline for the office will be he priority deadline for all positions is August 11th at 11:59PM, and the final deadline for all positions will be August 25th at 11:59PM. We will begin conducting phone/skype/in-person interviews on a rolling basis. **We recommend that you apply as soon as you can so we can start working with you over the summer.** Lastly, be confident in yourself, we hope you do not stress too much about this application as we are mainly looking for people who are impassioned and dedicated to improving our campus’s health 🙂
