The ASUC Judicial Council is vested with the judicial authority of the Association. It is CRUCIAL that all members are non-partisan. The Judicial Council of the Association adjudicates all disputes arising under the ASUC Constitution, the Bylaws, official actions of Executive Officers, Appointed Officers, employees, and the Senate; takes direct action to remedy all such disputes; interprets these documents pursuant to Article XIII; maintains custody of the governing documents; orders the attendance of those holding positions in the Association; certifies the results of Elections jointly with the Elections Council; and addresses matters delegated to the council by the Senate or this Constitution or Bylaws.
