What is the Grants and Scholarships Fund?

ASUC Grants and Scholarships Foundation (GSF) offers several grants to students and student organizations including the Student Organization Travel Grant, Student Technology Grant, Arts and Creativity Grant, Public Service Grant, Intellectual Community Grant, Academic Opportunity Grant, and the Greek Opportunity Grant. Registered Student Organizations can apply for these funds in order to bring their co-curricular student activities, services, and programs to fruition, promoting diverse and fruitful student opportunities. What is the GSF Board?

The GSF Board is made up of 4 ASUC Executives as well as 4-6 ex-officio members that collaboratively assess grant applications and democratically determine the dispersal of funds.

We are currently looking for individuals to fill these ex-officio positions. If you are interested in promoting diverse opportunities for student organizations and helping serve underserved students through your participation in the grant dispersal processes, we’d love for you to apply!

The board requires your attendance at weekly meetings, a commitment of about 1-2 hours per week. All are welcome to apply.
