The Undergraduate Student Union Board Representative shall sit on the ASUC Student Union Board of Directors from Summer 2019 through Spring 2021 and shall be responsible for the duties outlined in the ASUC Student Union Board Charter. The Undergraduate Representative should be interested or have had experience in long-term strategic planning with regards to the following areas: finance, commercial activities, event operations, and/or contract management. The ideal candidate should have high interpersonal abilities, excellent communication skills, and flexible time availability throughout the year. In accordance with ASUCBL 1421:
2.2.1 Undergraduate Board Members shall submit and appear for reports pursuant to ASUCBL 1108.
2.2.2 Undergraduate Board Members shall be responsible for educating Association officers and members on all matters related to the ASUC Student Union and ASUC commercial activities
2.2.3 Undergraduate Board Members shall meet regularly with ASUC Student Union Administration staff in order to maintain a strong relationship between the Association and the ASUC Student Union and to hold staff accountable for the services they offer to students
2.2.4 The Undergraduate Board Members may act as if ex-officio non-voting members of the Senate or committees when these bodies are considering business related to their duties and thus may introduce and sponsor motions related to their duties.

The SU Board Rep's term will end the first day after Spring 2021 Finals.
