Office & Storage Space

The ASUC provides Student Groups storage and office space in Eshleman Hall. Each year, the Executive Vice President allocates space to the student organizations through the "Space Allocation" process.This application must be submitted by all student organizations requesting office or storage space in Eshleman Hall for the academic year. Applications are MANDATORY for all student organizations seeking office or storage space, including current occupants, Student Activity Groups (SAGs), Student Initiated Service Groups (SISGs), Publications (PUBs). All ASUC-sponsored groups are eligible to receive space in Eshleman Hall.

2010-2011 SPACE ALLOCATIONS (**PRELIMINARY DECISION RELEASED**)

During the summer, the 2010-2011 Executive Vice President will review all applications. S/he may conduct a walkthrough of Eshleman Hall to evaluate the cleanliness and efficiency of current space usage. S/he will announce a preliminary decision during the Fall 2010 semester. There will be an appeals process following the preliminary decision. In order to make sure your group receives timely updates about the space allocations process, please complete your ASUC agent training as early as possible in the Fall 2010 semester.

Thurs Sept 16 Appeal deadline is 12:00 p.m. (noon) PST. No late applications accepted.
Thurs Sept 16 - Mon Sept 20 Appeals are reviewed.
Mon Sept 20 Appeals to Preliminary Decision given to ASUC Senate’s Con-Review.
Wed Sept 22 Senate ratifies final decision, if they accept it advisors will notify you by the end of the week.
Mon Sept 27 - Friday Oct 1 Student groups move out/in to their assigned space Eshleman Hall
