ASUC Internship
In an age with rising fees and university budget cuts, it is critical now more than ever for students to actively get involved and strive to enhance the experience for fellow students at Cal. With these historic financial constraints come incredible opportunity to shape and mold this University to meet the challenges in the now and in the future. The ASUC is charged with improving the student experience and thus is involved in nearly every issue related to student well being.
Interns will have unique, individual experiences as they work to establish a policy change, engage in vast networking opportunities to serve various communities, or plan large-scale projects. Along the way, you will develop and fine-tune your leadership style and management abilities, and make some life-long friends.
Internships in the ASUC are open in the Office of the President, Executive VP, Academic Affairs VP, External VP, and Senate. Application are accepted on a rolling basis to asucapp@gmail.com. You will hear back from us within a week.

Campus Administrative Committees
We invite you to apply to be a representative on the Berkeley Administrative committees for the 2009-2010 school year and influence how our university is run!
The Campus Administrative committees work directly with the Chancellor and his Vice-Chancellors in setting policy and managing projects ranging anywhere from recreational sports and health services to building construction and campus technology. By serving on these committees, you will have a chance to represent your peers and influence administrative policy throughout the year.

If you are interested in serving on these committees, please send the Academic Affairs Vice President John Tran (aavp@asuc.org) or the Academic Affairs Chief-of-Staff (aavpchief@asuc.org) an e-mail with your desired committees. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis with preferred deadline of September 11, 2009. You will hear back from the Academic Affairs Office soon.
