Personal Bio

Hi Cal Students! My name is Vishalli Loomba, and I am a fourth year Molecular and Cell Biology major and Global Poverty minor. I am excited and honored to be your ASUC President, especially as we enter our 125th year dedicated to serving students. This past year I served as an ASUC Senator and as the Finance Officer for the College Panhellenic Association. I was born and raised in the Bay Area, and I rep Nor Cal hard! Some of my favorites? Mexican food, shopping, golfing, traveling and my SF sports teams! I have many goals and ideas for the year, but most of all I want to ensure that the ASUC's primary role remains serving each of you: the students. Our mission is to represent Cal's student body and to be the voice of the students. I encourage you all to contact me with any questions or suggestions for the ASUC and to get involved during your time here at Cal. In a school so large, the best way to feel right at home is to pursue your passions and become a part of all that this school has to offer!
